Tales of the "Self"
This graphic novel is a surreal and horrific look into a world where monsters embody the darkest parts of the human experience. Each story tackles different themes and explores how the inner monster is reflected on the outside.Made during my final year of University, this small scale graphic novel is a proof of concept for something larger.
Wonder
A retelling of Alice in Wonderland with a twist; Wonderland embodies Alice's psyche, changing the world around her to how she perceives and interacts with it. Alice must continue to discern reality and fantasy in this passion-led indie game project.This is a very personal project and considering that I'm a single person working on it during my off time, progress will be slow.

Hi! I'm SBoom, or otherwise known as Rhys to those close to me. I'm an Illustrator based in Wales that mostly focusses on character design and illustration. However, I love being given a variety of projects to work on. I have made character designs, yes, but I have also worked with Indie Music Artists to make unique Album covers and have even designed a tattoo or two.Check me out on instagram as well! An indie RPG being developed by yours truly.Seven Kingdoms (Working Title) - An Indie RPG about a group of misfits who all have a score to settle with the King. Each kingdom has it's own aesthetic and culture for the player to become accustomed with.
